Around the time Simpson and her hubby, Eric Johnson, welcomed baby number three (Birdie Johnson) into the world in 2019, they added a new wing to their Cape Cod-style home. Remember, this mansion already had six bedrooms to begin with, and is 11,000 square-feet in size (per US Weekly). That's a big house!
