As Spears explained to Glamour, she chose to retreat from the limelight, moving to Mississippi with her baby daddy to avoid the harsh tabloid coverage. On being a teen mom, Spears told People there's no real difference, noting "being a mom is being a mom: It doesn't matter if you're in your teens or not, there should be no excuse to not be a great mother."
