If fans don't know Cherie Johnson from Punky Brewster, they may recognize her from Family Matters as Laura Winslow's best friend Maxine Johnson who ultimately marries Eddie Winslow's friend Waldo.

However, Johnson is bringing her talents back to the small screen in the Punky Brewster revival. She'll be reprising her told as Punky Brewster's best friend Cherie.
